Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of pizza for special occasions
Experience
- Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings demonstrates your readiness for this role
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential
- Exposure to fine dining or the food industry enhances your culinary skill set
- Strong knife skills and meal preparation experience are highly valued
