Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR)
Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team.
This is a great opportunity for a licensed PT, OT, SLP, OTA or PTA who is ready to combine clinical care with team leadership. In this role, you will support day-to-day rehab operations, mentor therapy staff, coordinate patient care, and help drive strong clinical outcomes for our residents.
The rehabilitation team works closely with nursing, administration, residents, and families to deliver individualized care that helps residents improve function, regain independence, and achieve their highest quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the leadership and daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Supervise, orient, train, and support therapy team members
- Coordinate treatment plans and communication across disciplines
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Communicate department goals, updates, risks, and successes with facility leadership
- Ensure timely billing, required documentation, and quality service delivery
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Support client relations, resident/family communication, and community education activities
Qualifications
- Current and active state licensure as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or OTA
- Knowledge of therapy regulations, reimbursement, and documentation standards, including Medicare/Medicaid, SNF PPS, and PDPM
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team with professionalism and accountability
- CPR certification and any additional credentials required by the state or facility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in skilled nursing, home health, inpatient rehab, or a similar care setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems and therapy management software
- Prior leadership, quality improvement, or program development experience
