We are hiring compassionate Care Professionals for recurring weekday assignments in and around San Luis Obispo. Most available shifts begin between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and last approximately four hours.
This position may be especially suitable for someone seeking a consistent daytime schedule rather than full-time or overnight work.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help older adults remain safe and independent in their homes. Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

Companionship and conversation
•
Meal preparation
•
Light housekeeping
•
Transportation and errands
•
Medication reminders
•
Mobility assistance
•
Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
•
Communicating changes or concerns to our support team
No professional caregiving experience is required. We provide the training needed to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
•
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping older adults
•
Able to work recurring Monday–Friday assignments
•
Comfortable accepting four-hour shifts starting between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
•
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
•
Able to satisfy applicable background
•
Willing to assist with both companionship and personal-care needs
