Duties:

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Provides pricing, product information and delivery information to store personnel as well as taking orders and upselling as the opportunity arises
- Processes warranty claims, special orders and RMA’s in a timely manner

Records all calls and communications with customer in the business system, while monitoring the customer care in-box

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to display tact, diplomacy, and calmness while interacting with customers and co-workers
- Above average computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Ability to pick up new skills and industry knowledge quickly, with an eagerness to learn more about the company & the reason behind each step of the job

Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent organizational skills

Communicate clearly via telephone and computer

Prolonged sitting, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling and twisting
