Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Final Test Technician to join a prominent manufacturing facility in Kalispell. In this technical capacity, you will be tasked with the validation and testing of sophisticated machinery to guarantee that every unit adheres to rigorous safety, quality, and client-specific standards before it leaves the floor.

Core Duties-
Validate finished machinery to ensure it aligns with both internal quality standards and client expectations.

Set up and configure communication parameters, firmware, and various electrical components.

Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions involving software, PLCs, and mechanical or electrical systems.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by verifying that all interlocks, alarms, and emergency power-off systems are functioning correctly.

Program and calibrate robotics to ensure smooth automated performance.

Conduct thorough testing of fluid flow systems, pumps, valves, and specific customer-requested automation recipes.

Execute comprehensive quality inspections on finalized equipment.

Maintain clear records of technical issues and work alongside Production and Engineering departments to find solutions.

Support customer-led inspections and provide demonstrations of equipment operation.

Professional Background & Expertise-
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the testing, assembly, or repair of electromechanical systems.

Proficiency in diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults.

Background in working with and testing PLC-based systems.

Capability to interpret P&ID diagrams and electrical schematics.

Experience in configuring communication links between industrial hardware and PCs.

Competence with Windows and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with standard industrial communication protocols.

Strong analytical skills to help solve complex technical problems.
