Position Overview
Imagine Development is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to directly support the owner and leadership team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who can take direction, execute tasks efficiently, maintain organization across multiple priorities, and help ensure important follow-ups and responsibilities are consistently moving forward.
The Executive Assistant will support a combination of administrative, operational, and communication-related tasks while helping create structure and accountability within a growing construction company. This position plays an important role in helping leadership stay focused on high-level priorities, project execution, and company growth.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where communication, initiative, and professionalism matter.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct executive support to company leadership

Coordinate schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups

Assist with administrative and operational tasks tied to company priorities

Help organize project-related communication and documentation

Support planning meetings, accountability tracking, and office coordination

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members

Help maintain organization across multiple active projects and priorities

Ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in executive assistant, administrative, or operations support roles

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative and execute tasks with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or operations environment

Experience supporting construction, trades, or project-based businesses preferred
