We are a fast-growing restaurant group looking for ambitious individuals who are seeking true opportunities of advancement and growth within the company. We are looking for an General Manager in Training. Previous management experience is not mandatory, but offer can increase significantly based on experience and capabilities.
Expect the training period to be 2-4 months, with opportunities to be promoted to General Manager with proven abilities. This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities after training:
- Talent Development: Continue to develop talent and provide a path of meaningful growth for all employees, setting proper expectations and incentives.
- Financial Stewardship: Drive year-over-year revenue growth while managing labor costs and food costs.
- Reputation & Guest Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service and guest experience standards.
- Operational Governance: Oversee SOP compliance, food quality control, and Health Department standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: Partner with the AGM to handle administration, delegate effectively, and establish clear career growth pathways for staff.
- Strategic & Entrepreneurial Growth: Lead high-level business initiatives, including vendor negotiations, outbound marketing, catering platform integrations, and first-party apps & tools, and so on.
