Hiring Salary: $4,600.33 - $6,250.00/Monthly
Under the direction of the Department Chair, the Program Manager oversees the administrative, educational, financial, and operational functions of the Department of Radiology, including the structure and workflow for the department and residency program. This position collaborates with the Department Chair, Program Director, and Associate Program Directors to ensure compliance with guidelines from ACGME, ABR, institutional, and departmental requirements while supporting excellence in resident education, faculty development, recruitment, and program operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a cost-effective, well-structured educational environment that supports patient care, education, and accreditation standards.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in an office setting; OR Master’s Degree in lieu of experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to act independently and administratively on behalf of the Department of Radiology and the Chairman in non-routine areas of responsibility.
- Skill in managing multiple diverse projects/deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills for working effectively with staff, residents, faculty, administration, GME Office and affiliates in the community and national governing bodies/organizations.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information.
Computer expertise.

WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and evenings. May require occasional overnight travel.
