You're probably done with accounting roles where you're just keeping the lights on.
You want a seat where your judgment matters, your fixes stick, and messy systems finally get cleaned up.
If you've led through accounting change before, this is the kind of role where you'll actually make a difference.
And if you want solid pay, real benefits, and room to improve how a business runs, keep reading.
New Image Building Services isn't trying to be just another cleaning company. We're a team of professionals focused on creating spotless spaces with a smile.
As our Controller, you'll help bring that same standard behind the scenes. Your work will help create the kind of structure, clarity, and follow-through that lets the whole business run better.
Your day won't feel like mindless box-checking. You'll be inside the numbers, the systems, and the processes that keep the business moving.
You'll spot reporting gaps, tighten controls, and build practical fixes that people can actually use. You'll work across accounting, payroll, HR, scheduling, billing, and operations, helping turn complexity into order.
You'll also lead and develop accounting staff, work with outside auditors at year-end, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role. If you like leaving things better than you found them, this work will feel satisfying.
