G & J Development, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee medical clinic and office construction projects in Tucson, Arizona.

Project Location: Tucson, AZ (local projects – no overnight travel required)
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise field employees, subcontractors, and daily job site activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and other trades.
- Schedule work based on project priorities and manpower.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Resolve field issues while maintaining productivity.
- Train and mentor field employees.
- Maintain daily reports, production logs, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience required.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience with medical clinic, healthcare, or office construction is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
