Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Major Accounts market segment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Present and demonstrate Alliance Payroll Services' Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to potential clients
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services
- Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus
