Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, or LCPC to join our mental health and behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive clinical services, including psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention, to diverse populations. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical research standards and best practices.
- Manage intake processes and coordinate case management services for patients with various mental health conditions including PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and geriatrics.
- Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of medical records, progress notes, and treatment plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in crisis management and crisis intervention to support patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, social workers, educators, and community agencies to ensure holistic patient care.
- Collect data for clinical research projects and contribute to ongoing studies related to behavioral health and addiction counseling.
- Provide specialized services such as home & community care, special education support, or working with individuals with disabilities as needed.
- Maintain professional development through training on CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), psychopharmacology updates, and other relevant clinical topics.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LGPC or equivalent credential; MSW degree required.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis, or addiction counseling.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience working with children & families, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, seniors with Alzheimer’s or Geriatrics needs.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data collection purposes.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments effectively.
- Excellent crisis management skills along with experience in crisis intervention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in hospital or community settings.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
