All My Children Daycare Family Child Care Network is looking for an Educational Coach to join our team.
The Educational Coach provides in person support to affiliated providers by:
- Visiting and Observing program educational plans practices
- Assisting with planning and implementation of an evidence-based curriculum within a mixed-age home-based setting;
- Guiding age developmental appropriate practices with teaching and instruction, responsive practices, family engagement, mental health, and additional areas related to the care and instruction of all children in the program.
- Support and coach Family Child Care Providers in best practice according to DOE/DOH guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Required)
- At least 1 year experience working in a childcare program
- Ability to coach in a positive way
- Self-motivated and great team player.
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Willing to work in Queens, NY 11374

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
