Mission Resort + Club is seeking a Server at Conquistador restaurant to join our team! Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We’re looking for a service-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined yet welcoming environment. As a Server at Conquistador, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy memorable meals, providing attentive service, and representing the high standards of hospitality our resort is known for.
As a Server, you will:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming dining experience
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and tables
- Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold resort standards for appearance, quality, and hospitality
Requirements:
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous serving experience
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
