Assistant General Manager – Indoor Golf Simulator Venue
We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our indoor golf simulator business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for golf and customer experience.
Position Details
- Position: Assistant General Manager
- Pay: $25–30/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: Full-time; weekends required
- Location: Ugly Putters Indoor Golf
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day venue operations and staff management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Oversee bar operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and event coordination
- Troubleshoot simulator or customer issues as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience
- Promote leagues, events, memberships, and specials
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong golf knowledge required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
