Description
These positions are open due to an influx in business, that is creating additional work. We are adding to the current team that is supporting New Business applications for Annuities. This team will help create quality business flows, resolving issues quicker, etc.
This is blend of completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors who are submitting the applications for Annuity products. Phone work is required, no customer contact but you will be expected to speak with Financial Advisors that will communicate with customers. Most of the communication is through email and a couple of phone calls, if customer/client prefers. Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners.
Typical Day - following standard operating procedures, processing, and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day would be as much as 50. These easier tasks would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 20 daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery.
Qualifications
2 or 4 year degree fully completed
AND/OR
1+ year of corporate professional experience in banking, insurance, or finance
Shift
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Hybrid Schedule-4 weeks of onsite training and then can work from home 2 days a week after training is completed
Pay
$20-$23/hr (based on experience)
