We are seeking compassionate and motivated Restorative Aides to join our team. The Restorative Aide plays a vital role in supporting residents’ independence, mobility, and overall quality of life by assisting with restorative nursing programs and individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with restorative programs such as range of motion, ambulation, and positioning.
- Provide encouragement and support to residents to help them maintain their highest level of function.
- Document participation, progress, and responses to restorative interventions.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being.
- Ensure resident safety and dignity are upheld at all times.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Qualifications:
- CNA certification preferred
- Previous experience in restorative nursing or therapy support a plus.
- 1 Year of CNA or Restorative Aide experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.
