Pretty Pops® is seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives to help expand a growing children's literacy and entertainment company founded by educator, author, and literacy leader Dr. Andrea Carter-Robin.
This is not a traditional sales position.
This is an opportunity to help grow a mission-driven brand that includes children's books, live character experiences, educational programming, and literacy-focused community engagement.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Founded by educator, author, and school leader Dr. Andrea Carter, Pretty Pops® is a growing children's literacy and entertainment brand with published books, live character experiences, educational programming, and a long-term vision to become a nationally recognized children's property. Dr. Andrea Carter-Robin is an educator, author, literacy advocate, and lead author of a Routledge publication focused on literacy instruction. Her work has impacted students, educators, and communities through education, storytelling, and literacy leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify partnership opportunities (Elementary schools, School districts, Children's hospitals, Family festivals/community events, Corporate/community sponsors)
- Contact prospective organizations and event decision-makers
- Generate leads and introductions
- Schedule meetings and presentations
- Help secure paid appearances, sponsorships, partnerships, and event opportunities
- Represent the Pretty Pops® brand professionally
COMPENSATION
- Commission-based
- Earn up to 20% of collected revenue on approved contracts you secure
- No income ceiling
- Flexible schedule
- Remote work

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Experience:
