- Cooking, preparing, and handling food, e.g. cutting garnish, bagging to-go orders, cooking orders from a limited menu.
- Writing down and processing cash/card transactions and coordinating wait times in person, over the phone, and via online tablets.
- Maintaining kitchen; clean-up, checking stock/inventory lists, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, staff, management, etc.
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be able to attend shifts assigned based on provided availability
- Must be willing to learn, able to apply knowledge, and use critical thinking
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
Summer-only positions not available. Previous cooking or kitchen experience helpful but not required.
