Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – Powersports Dealership

Overview
RPM Powersports is a fast-growing, family-owned independent powersports dealership specializing in rare, low-mile motorcycles and low-hour Sea-Doo and Yamaha jet skis. We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and can effectively close deals while maintaining strong compliance, organization, and customer satisfaction.
This position is primarily responsible for managing approved borrower leads, handling “ready-to-buy” customer hand-offs from sales staff and ownership, closing deals with a strong focus on F&I product sales, and processing paperwork through funding, registration, titling, and post-sale deal jacket organization.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Prior dealership F&I experience is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Florida DMV/title requirements for motorcycles and personal watercraft is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Structure and secure financing for motorcycle and personal watercraft purchases
- Present and sell F&I products including warranties, maintenance plans, GAP, and protection packages
- Work directly with banks, lenders, and credit unions to secure approvals and funding
- Close customers professionally and complete all related paperwork, including title, registration, and compliance documents
- Ensure deal jackets are accurate, complete, funded, and compliant
- Assist sales staff with financing options and deal structure
- Deliver a high-energy, professional customer experience from contract to delivery

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous F&I experience in powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or motorcycle dealerships
- Familiarity with motorcycles and jet skis
- Experience with lender stipulations, title work, menu selling, and aftermarket products
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms
- Mechanical knowledge and riding experience are a plus

Required Qualifications
- Previous dealership F&I experience required
- Powersports, motorcycle, marine, RV, or automotive dealership background preferred
- Strong familiarity with motorcycles and jet skis required
- Strong understanding of lender stipulations, compliance requirements, and title processes
- Experience with menu selling and aftermarket product sales
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working a Tuesday–Saturday dealership schedule
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with lenders such as Roadrunner Financial, FreedomRoad Financial, Synchrony, and local credit unions
- Experience with established F&I such as Rider's Advantage and Autrella
- Knowledge of Florida title processing and DMV procedures
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms such as Lightspeed

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
