Women’s Gymnastics Competitive Team Assistant Coach – Full-Time
Fun & Fitness Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and motivated Women’s Team Assistant Coach to join our competitive program. This is a full-time position for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, teamwork, and helping gymnasts reach their highest potential.
Position Details:
- Full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week
- Assist with coaching and managing the Women’s Competitive Team
- Develop athletes’ skills, strength, flexibility, confidence, and competition readiness
- Assist with lesson planning, routines, skill progressions, and athlete evaluations
- Attend competitions, team events, and scheduled meetings
- Work closely with the head coach and other coaching staff
- Maintain professional communication with athletes, parents, and staff
- Help provide a safe, structured, positive, and motivating team environment
Additional Compensation and Opportunities:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching women’s competitive gymnastics required
- Strong knowledge of proper progressions, spotting techniques, and athlete development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team
- Dependable, organized, energetic, and professional
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability for afternoon/evening practices, weekends, travel, and competitions
- USAG membership, certifications, and background screening preferred or must be obtained
