Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards. Previous experience preferred.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and other necessary tools efficiently and safely.
- Maintain food safety by following sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations.
- Manage high-volume production during busy hours while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service for dine-in, take out and delivery orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with recipe adherence, and high-volume food preparation environments.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
