Overview
This position will float between 3 local hotels.
A bonus program is included and a gas allowance.
Must have the felexibility to work 7AM-3PM Shift or 3PM to 11 PM.
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Floater/Admin & Sales professional to join our team! This versatile role offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization while providing essential administrative support and driving sales initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts to help our business grow. All activities are paid positions, including internships.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support through data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory
- Support sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients, providing information about services, and following up on leads
- Use computer skills across platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other relevant software to complete daily tasks
- Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, processing invoices, bookkeeping tasks, and supporting personal assistant functions
Skills
- Proven experience at the front desk or in office management roles with excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and QuickBooks
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse client needs
- Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Skilled in data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and calendar management tools to support daily operations
