Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients by D2D for window cleaning ,managing accounts, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in both B2B and retail environments.
This is a 100% commission based position with uncapped potential and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
- Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits to encourage upselling.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand your network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with D2D sales processes and account management strategies is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
