Monday-Friday 6:45AM-1PM.
Duties:
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Deliver key reporting on time to the leadership team
-Must be HIGHLY proficient and Advanced Level with Excel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with sales verifications at end of each sales day
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
