Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment to promote food safety.
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and inviting at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service.
- Support kitchen operations with basic cooking duties, food prep, and inventory management as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS will help you hit the ground running.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills combined with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for success.
- Experience working in retail or grocery stores involving cashiering or basic math will support your ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
