Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Job Overview
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at multiple Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities in Albuquerque, NM, powered by Genesis. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CNAs and newly licensed CNAs looking to begin their careers in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document patient care accurately and communicate with the nursing team.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while following facility policies.
Requirements
- Active New Mexico CNA License (Required).
- New graduates and newly licensed CNAs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
