Let's Talk Speech is an SLP-run agency, seeking to provide great working experiences for fellow SLPs! We want you to feel supported and appreciated in your roles, which is why we compensate for both direct and indirect services.
We partner with schools to support students all throughout New Jersey. Services are provided in public, charter and private schools.
About the Role:
We are seeking an SLP to work 2.5 days per week in a public school near Hackensack for the 2025-2026 school year. You must have the NJ SLS Certificate for this role! Clinicians will have varying responsibilities including treatment, evaluation, case management, paperwork, case management, and meetings related to students, as per DOE protocol.

Qualifications:
- Speech Language Specialist Certification (needed to work in NJ schools)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certification or Clinical Fellows (We offer mentoring and training throughout of clinical fellowship program)
- Experience working with pediatric population preferred

Pay range and compensation package:
- $80 per hour for direct and indirect services
