1. Big Game Hunting (Mortgage/Lending) License is not required for this position. We specialize in non-regulated mortgage products and loans: Non-Owner Occupied 1-4 families, foreign national loans, bridge loans, apartment buildings, office buildings, warehouses, malls, hotels, storage units, land & land development, construction, renovation, commercial, and business loans. We offer more products and resources than any other company in the country.
- Mortgages commission: 0.25% of loan amount + $500 bonus. A $500,000 loan means $1,750 to you, just by bringing the lead and we do the heavy lifting.
2. The "Forever" Check (Credit Processing) Offer Patented Zero-Fee processing services and State-of-the-Art Point of Sale Systems to hundreds of thousands of business owners in Greater Houston, Texas (online, offices, stores, supermarkets, food trucks, towing trucks, medical facilities, etc.) and reduce their expenses by hundreds or thousands of dollars a month.

Duties
- Engage in proactive outside sales activities, including face to face calling, prospecting, and territory management to identify new business opportunities
- Manage new client accounts through effective relationship building, upselling, and customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions
- Lead lead generation efforts using CRM software and sales management systems to track prospects and optimize outreach strategies
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans within assigned territories or markets to expand community reach
- Negotiate deals confidently, closing high-value contracts while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives that support sales growth in a remote or hybrid sales environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, with a track record of successful deal closures
- Bilingual with deep roots in your vibrant Hispanic, Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, African, and other business communities in Houston, Texas.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho or other sales management systems proficiency is essential
- Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and lead generation skills to drive new business opportunities
- Ability to adapt seamlessly to a remote sales environment while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
