The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving sustainable growth across an assigned portfolio of hospitals that have reached maturity. This role serves as the primary marketing advisor to hospital and field leadership, developing localized marketing strategies, optimizing paid media performance, analyzing business trends and partnering cross-functionally to increase client acquisition, retention and EBITDA. By combining strategic planning with hands on collaboration, the Marketing Coordinator ensures each hospital has the marketing support needed to achieve long-term business success while maintaining alignment with enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and thrives on turning data into action.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Develop strong relationships with field leadership teams to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals • Monitor market conditions, competitive activity and consumer trends to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

Consult with hospital teams on best practices for marketing execution, reputation management, online presence and local brand awareness.

Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive new client acquisition, client retention and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of hospitals

Partner with hospital leadership to identify growth opportunities and build tailored marketing plans aligned with local market dynamics, business goals and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with centralized marketing teams to optimize paid media performance, ensuring campaigns are efficiently localized, monitored and continuously improved based on performance insights.

Analyze marketing and business performance data including client acquisition, retention, appointment demand and return on investment to identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.

Work cross-functionally with CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, operations and analytics teams to maximize the impact of retention and client engagement programs.

Serve as the primary marketing advisor for assigned hospitals, translating enterprise marketing strategies into actionable local plans that drive sustainable business results.

Support manager with other tasks related to hospital opening as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

5+ years of similar work experience; role in retail, healthcare or other multi-location industry preferred

Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

High level of comfort to deal with unanticipated changes (adaptability)
