We are looking to hire reliable, personable team members to help deliver detailed, high‑quality home cleaning services. We work in teams, travel in company vehicles, and start each morning at our office off Washington Center Rd at 8:15 AM sharp. Schedule & Pay Structure
- Start time is 8:15 AM every day — punctuality is required
- End times vary depending on the days schedule (anytime typically between 3–6 PM)
- You are paid for the entire workday from the moment you clock in at 8:15 AM until you return to the office
- This includes:
- Paid travel time between all cleans
- Paid time inside each home
- Paid time returning to the office at the end of the day
We do not ask employees to use their own vehicles for travel between jobs.
Job Overview
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll work with your team to clean and sanitize clients’ homes with precision and care. We provide full training — no experience required — just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Duties
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general floor care
- Sanitizing high‑touch surfaces
- Ensuring each home meets Maid Perfect’s quality standards
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Providing friendly, respectful customer service
Skills & Requirements
- Must be reliable and able to meet the 8:15 AM daily start time
- Must be personable and able to work well in a team
- Must pass a national background check
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Experience in residential, hotel, or commercial cleaning is helpful but not required — we will train you
