Swim Instructor / Swim Teacher (Part-Time) – Paid Training
Pay: Starting at $12.00/hour
Experienced Swim Instructors may earn up to $22.00/hour based on experience, certifications, and performance.
Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week | Evenings & Weekends | Mornings may be available

FINS Swim School is hiring Part-Time Swim Instructors / Swim Teachers to teach children in a fun, safe, indoor pool environment. This is a great after-school or second job for students, parents, or anyone looking for consistent, flexible part-time work.
No experience required — paid swim instructor training provided.
Entry-level instructors start at $12/hour. Higher pay rates are earned through experience, skill level, certifications, and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Teach swim lessons to children (and occasionally adults)
- Help kids build confidence and water safety skills
- Create engaging, high-energy classes
- Communicate clearly with parents and team members
- Follow safety procedures and lesson plans
What We’re Looking For
- Available year-round and some evenings. Preferred Saturdays.
- Enjoys working with kids and being in the water
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Formal Swim experience is a plus, but not required
