As a CBRE Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll handle recyclable materials—breaking down pallets, managing cardboard, and operating a forklift to maintain a clean and efficient facility. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the disposal of recyclable material such as wood, breaking down wooden pallets, cardboard, etc.
Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain facilities and grounds.
Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments.
Ensure all permits and licenses are maintained and up to date.
Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
Establish and communicate the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Forklift certification required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator position is $22.50 per hour and the maximum salary is $24.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
