Job Title: Packaging Technician

Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Hourly Range: $18.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Technicians to join our team in the Invisalign department. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are efficient, productive, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As part of this department, you will assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of Invisalign-related products. Due to the precision required for these tasks, manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components are essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform precise assembly and packaging tasks in the Invisalign production line
- Handle and inspect small components with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any issues or defects promptly
Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance is critical to success in this role
Skills and Experience:
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work efficiently with small components
- Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly preferred
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or move about the production area for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and products up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment and tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle small components.
- May require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and hairnets.
