AP Plumbing is seeking an Excavator Operator Helper for their Syracuse, NY, location. The equipment operator helper safely and efficiently assists the excavator operator with equipment as needed on our job sites.

Responsibilities:

Safely assist Lead Operator on job sites

Utilize hand tools and other equipment to dig and probe for utilities

Follow all OSHA and AP safety policies and procedures

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure proper storage

Assist with other areas of excavation and service as needed
Job Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Experience with sewer and water repair preferred
-
Experience operating an excavator preferred
-
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $22.00-25.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
