We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is a team player, and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Help with diapering, feeding, naps, and other care routines.
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred.
- Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
- Reliable, patient, and able to work well as part of a team.
