Field Director Position
We are hiring field organizers for an outreach effort in the Harrisburg area. The campaign focuses on reducing barriers to registration, increasing awareness of upcoming elections, and empowering community members to take part in the civic process. Field organizers’ daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Recruiting and hiring canvassers
- Onboarding, training, and supervision of canvassing team
- Tracking canvasser productivity and efficiency
- Running payroll for hourly employees
- Reporting daily field results and reports
Job details:
- Pay starts at $5,000 / per month
- Full time commitment required for the duration of the campaign (Our canvass operates 6-7 days per week)
- Housing, travel and transportation included

Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Up-to-date driver’s license
- Management and team leadership experience
- Understanding of and passion for voter engagement
- A personal laptop computer
