About the Role
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will play a critical role in our production floor by ensuring high-precision components are manufactured to exact specifications. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC lathe operation to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing output.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise CNC lathe operations to produce high-quality parts while optimizing cycle times.

Perform machine setups, changeovers, and routine adjustments to ensure consistent production flow.

Monitor equipment performance continuously, proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize machine downtime.

Uphold rigorous safety standards and quality control protocols to ensure a hazard-free and efficient work environment.

Maintain accurate documentation of production logs and part inspections to ensure traceability and compliance.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or drilling equipment.

Demonstrated ability to perform manual machining tasks and interpret technical blueprints.

Proficiency in basic shop mathematics for precise measurement and calibration.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Completion of a technical school program or certification in machining or manufacturing technology.

Experience with advanced CNC machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
