Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwork Carpenter Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwork assembly, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves assembling various millwork components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble millwork components such as doors, windows, cabinets, panels, and moldings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working on millworks environments
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in assembly work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and tools.
