Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our innovative manufacturing team, we do a lot of handrail and guardrail fabrication. Responsibilities
- Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to fabricate and repair metal components according to detailed schematics and technical drawings.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance, including inspecting equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal operational conditions.
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members during fabrication projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
- Support customer service efforts by delivering high-quality products on time while maintaining excellent communication with team members and clients.Requirements
- Proven experience in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and residential painting is a plus for versatile project support.
- Supervising or leadership experience demonstrating the ability to guide teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
