We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead Catrinas Tacos and Tequila restaurant operation, located at 834 Foundation st. suite 101. Charleston, SC. 29492.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and supervisors, fostering a positive and energetic work environment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management from opening to closing
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS systems such as Toast.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a lively, engaging atmosphere
- Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; cash handling experience required
- Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations within the food industry
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management, interviewing, and staff development
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-energy environment
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel industry is a plus; culinary experience is advantageous
