Compensation: $17+/hr + tips
Schedule: Weekday + Sunday Shifts
We recently launched a café at Short Path Distillery and are looking for an experienced, motivated barista to join our team. We’re currently seeking 2 part-time baristas to work weekdays and select weekend shiftswith the opportunity to grow as we expand our hours.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a passionate, tight-knit team in a space where quality, hospitality, and community come first.
We've partnering with Gracenote Coffee for our coffee program and Forge for our food program.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft consistently excellent espresso and coffee beverages in a cozy space
- Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized café space
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with your team
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista experience is required
- Familiarity with espresso machines; pulling shots, steaming milk, latte art
- A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-focused
