FIELD RESTORATION SPECIALIST – ROOFING SALES

Prestige Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company serving homeowners across Indiana. We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and coachable individuals to join our field sales team for the 2026–2027 season. No roofing experience required — we provide training, systems, and leadership support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Identify potential storm or roof damage opportunities
- Schedule free roof inspections and assist homeowners through the process
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Collect signed agreements and submit documentation through company systems
- Maintain communication with homeowners and team leadership
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Smartphone capable of using apps and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, automotive, or door-to-door experience
- Roofing or insurance claim knowledge is a plus, but not required
