About the Role:
The Perfect Clean is hiring a driven Inbound Sales Representative to handle warm, high-intent leads from our website and advertising. These are not cold calls—your job is to respond quickly, build trust, and close the sale.
This is a sales role, not customer service. We are looking for someone competitive, disciplined, and confident in closing.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound leads quickly (calls, texts, form fills)
- Build rapport and guide customers through pricing options
- Overcome objections and confidently close deals
- Follow up persistently with undecided leads
- Track and manage leads inside our CRM
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Door-to-door sales experience OR 1+ year in home service sales (REQUIRED)
- Experience in commission-based or quota-driven roles
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- High activity mindset (comfortable handling volume)
- CRM experience and strong follow-up habits
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience selling recurring services or memberships
- Background in cleaning, home services, or local service businesses

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
