Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Transport food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.

Check that dishes are properly plated and complete before serving.

Sweep floors, wipe tables, and ensure the dining room remains neat.

Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

Respond to guest questions about menu items.

Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene.

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
