Performs functions of pharmacy technician under supervision of pharmacist. Assists Pharmacist in safety and acc preparing and distributing medications to patients. Performs designated technical functions to facilitate pharmacy operations in a manner consistent with organizational standards and values. Abides by government, state and local rules and regulations.
Certification & Licensures
- Cert Pharmacy Tech/CPT Required
- Registered Pharmacy Tech Required
- Texas Divers License (Valid) Required
- Maintenance of the PTCB CPT certification is not required if all the following conditions are met:
1) You were not hired after October 24, 2020
2) You have successfully obtained the PTCB CPT certification status at least once
3) You are in good standing as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas Board of Pharmacy
