At Shamrock Brewing Co., we are passionate about Irish hospitality, cooking from scratch, and great craft beer. We are currently seeking an experienced bartender who is dedicated to exceptional customer service and shares our passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include serving craft beer, craft cocktails, and food, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and responsible alcohol service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area.
- Prepare beverages for servers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and craft cocktails.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Restaurant server experience is required. Our historic bar is busy and most of our guests dine with us.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with the SpotOn POS system is preferred but not required.
$12.14 per hour plus tips.
