Responsibilities:
Provide Early Intervention services to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
Conduct home visits and sessions with clients to assess and treat physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote client independence and overall well-being
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Additional Requirements:
Current NJ license to provide Early Intervention services is required
Paid biweekly or monthly compensation
Practitioner has the flexibility to make their own hours to fit their schedule
