Job Title: Window Cleaner (Commercial & Residential)

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented window cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows at both commercial and residential properties, ensuring they are streak-free and sparkling. This position requires a combination of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. Previous window cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; we will provide training for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, glass, and other surfaces for both commercial and residential clients.
- Perform exterior and interior window cleaning, including high-rise buildings when necessary (with appropriate safety gear).
- Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high or difficult-to-access windows.
- Ensure all windows are cleaned to a high standard, removing dirt, dust, and smudges.
- Use a variety of tools such as squeegees, cloths, and cleaning solutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in window cleaning is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends if needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred:
- Experience with both residential and commercial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment used in high-rise or exterior window cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license.
