Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including shift management, ensuring smooth service flow from kitchen to front-of-house.
- Supervise and train staff members on food preparation, customer service, POS systems such as Toast POS, and food safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and assist with Beverage.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during shifts while maintaining accountability for financial transactions.
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on hospitality excellence, culinary skills, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing schedules, and implementing strategies for improved restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
- Strong supervisory background with demonstrated skills in team management, interviewing, training & development, and shift management.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes, kitchen management, catering operations, and hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
